Member Profile<\/strong>.\u00a0 Please visit shadescliffpool.com to update your account (family level) and individual member profiles.\u00a0 Be sure to upload a picture of each family member so that checking in at the desk this summer is an easy-breezy process.\u00a0 Please be reminded that Shades Cliff is a private pool: you may only include pool members on your account.<\/p>\n A member is defined as the stock certificate holder, his or her spouse or domestic partner, and any unmarried, dependent children 25 years old and younger of your immediate family who reside within the home.\u00a0 In fairness to all members, we cannot allow any extended family members.\u00a0 This rule will be strictly enforced.\u00a0 Memberships can be rendered null and void for providing false information according to Article VI, Section V of the Bylaws.\u00a0 <\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Pool Dues.<\/strong>\u00a0 Summer dues for 2021 are $425<\/strong>.\u00a0 Members who joined in 2020 on the \u201c2-year plan\u201d will pay $625 ($200 stock fee + $425 current year dues) this year<\/em>.\u00a0 Payments are due by<\/strong> Wednesday,<\/strong> March 31, 2021.<\/strong>\u00a0 You can pay online with a credit card with a convenience fee added to your total OR you can print an invoice and mail a check to PO Box 26089, Hoover, AL 35260-6089<\/strong>.\u00a0 Please do not mail anything to the physical pool address.<\/strong>\u00a0 If your dues are received, but postmarked April 1 \u2013 April 15, a late fee of $25 will be automatically added.\u00a0 Any returned checks will be charged a $35 fee.\u00a0 Unpaid memberships will be SOLD on APRIL 15, 2021<\/u>.<\/p>\n Selling your Membership?<\/strong>\u00a0 If you would like to sell your membership, send your signed stock certificate (or a letter in lieu of the certificate) to Shades Cliff Pool, Inc. to PO Box 26089, Hoover, AL 35260-6089<\/strong> before March 31st<\/sup>.\u00a0 If you have paid the stock fee portion of your membership, you will receive a $200 check for the repurchase of your membership.\u00a0 Members may not sell memberships to anyone other than Shades Cliff Pool, Inc.<\/p>\n Waivers. <\/strong>Members over the age of 19 must complete a Covid-19 liability waiver.\u00a0 The waiver will appear on your account online when you log in. The \u2018Submit\u2019 button appears lighter, but press that to submit your waiver.<\/p>\n Babysitters.<\/strong>\u00a0 Babysitters are non-members accompanying member children when parents are not present. Babysitters must be at least 16 years old.\u00a0 A babysitter form must be completed in advance at the front desk of the pool AND signed by the parent.<\/u>\u00a0 The fee for a babysitter is $50\/summer or $10\/week or $5\/day and can be paid online with a card or at the front desk by cash or check.<\/p>\n General Information.\u00a0 <\/strong>The Rules and Regulations of the pool are posted on the Shades Cliff Pool website.
