Swim and Dive Sign Up
Participation on the swim and dive team is limited to the minor children of the members of Shades Cliff Pool only.

Registration will end May 8th. If your athlete(s) is not registered with fees paid and signed waiver form turned in by the deadline they cannot participate.
Equipment
Your swimmer will need a team competition swim suit, a team swim cap, team tshirt, and goggles. Swim caps and tshirts will be provided before the first meet of the season. Team suits and gear are available at our team page here from Swim and Tri Supply. It is up to the parent or guardian to ensure the suit is ordered with enough time for arrival before competition. There will be a Suit Try-On day on April 16th from 3:00-4:00pm at the pool. Team suits and gear are not required however it is preferred so there is a uniform team look at meets and team spirit.
Practice Schedule
All practices will begin May 30th.

- 7:45-9:00 am – A Team
- 9:00- 10:00 am – B Team
- 10:00- 10:30 am – Guppies
- Dive Team
- 7:30- 8:15 am – Dive Only
- 8:15- 9:00 am – B Team
- 9:00- 10:00 am – A Team
*All practice groups are best evaluated in person at the pool. We can easily change groups to accommodate your child’s ability level, but the final decision is up to the coaching staff.
