SHADES CLIFF POOL IS A COMMUNITY CLUB OWNED BY ITS MEMBERS.

Shades Cliff Pool has been a favorite swimming outlet to the residents of Bluff Park for more than 50 years.  The pool offers a safe, clean, fun, and friendly environment for its local neighborhood members.

Enjoy the large swimming pool, the competition style diving boards, and even a small wading pool for the smallest of our members.  As the home of The Sharks, we also host swim and dive team meets every summer against other local clubs.

The staff at Shades Cliff consists of a manager, certified lifeguards, swim coaches, and dive coaches.

Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable facility for our members.  We always welcome ideas and feedback concerning ways to improve the our pool.  Contact us with your ideas or questions!

Morning Swim Lessons

It’s time to sign up for swim lessons!

The Shades Cliff Pool lifeguard staff is offering morning group swim lessons June 14th – 18th. (Evening group swim lessons will be July 12th – 16th; sign- ups will be sent out at the end of June for evening group swim lessons.)

Swim lessons are open to children who have turned 4 years old PRIOR to the first day of swim lessons.  There is limited space available.  You will receive an email confirming your reservation or your place on the waiting list.

Ages and lesson times:
8 years and older: 10:00 am – 10:30 am
4 and 5 years old:  10:30 am – 11:00 am
6 and 7 years old:  11:00 am – 11:30 am

* The pool will open at noon during the week of morning swim lessons.
